    Fordyces Medicine. and oil of chamomile, of each half a scruple; of syrup of sugar, enough to make it into a mass. In witness whereof, I, the said William Fordyce, have to this present Instrument in writing set my hand and seal, this Tenth day of Ncvem- 5 ber, in the fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, by the grace of God of Great Britain, France, and Ireland King, Defender of the Faith, &c., and in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty-three. WILLM (l.s. ) FORDYGE. 10 Sealed and delivered (being first duly stampt) in the presence of C. Colman, Cl. at the Inrollm11 Office, Chancery Lane. Blissett Wooddeson, 15 Dove Cort, Lombard Street, London. AND BE IT REMEMBRED, that the Tenth day of November, in the year of our Lord 1763, the aforesaid William Fordyce came before our said Lord the King in His Chancery, and acknowledged the Indre aforesaid, and all and every thing therein contained and specifyed, in form above written. And 20 also the Indre aforesaid was stampt according to the tenor of the Statute made in the sixth year of the reign of the late King and Queen William and Alary of England, and so forth. Inrolled the Tenth day of November, in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty-three.
