Property: a portion of the premises known as the New Haven Pulp & Board Company's annex, New Haven. Term: 2 years. With some revision in pencil.

26 May, 1920. Copy Lease between New Haven Pulp & Board Company (Landlord), of New Haven, Connecticut, and William Cooper & Nephews Inc (the Tenant). Property: as above, "to be used and occupied for the manufacture of Sheep Dip." Term: 1 year.

14 November, 1921. Copy letter, from New Haven Pulp & Board Company to William Cooper & Nephews Inc (New Haven), confirming that the premises leased have been returned in good condition (with the exception of "certain floor slabs where your ovens were located" - charge to be made for repair).
