Description

The 1911 play by H.G. Pelissier (1874-1913) was based on the three-act comedy "Inconstant George," by R. de Flers and A. de Caillavet, 1910. Pelissier's troupe, 'The Follies', presented a long run of satirical musical plays, in which he acted as producer, composer and performer, often featured cross-dressed characters.
