Reproduction of two line illustrations of a Native American "seer" (top) and a traditional healer creating a pot of medicine (bottom), possibly from Schoolcraft, Henry (1793-1864): Indian tribes of the United States, Philadelphia: 1856, volume 5. The top image has been made into a photographic print.
