"Policy of CM&R Ltd"

Document headed "Policy of C M & R Ltd" [3 sheets] that appears to have been drafted by D S A McDougall, to judge from the covering note (18 July, 1938) attached by J A Hill: "Mr D S A McDougall has asked me to circulate the attached paper on 'Policy' in the hope that it will be of some assistance to his colleagues in the consideration of this matter at the Board Meeting on Thursday next."

The document sets out eleven broad headings "to cover the objectives of this business" and offers a brief general statement for each. The final sentence of p. 3 is inconclusive, suggesting there may be a missing fourth sheet (or simply a missing word).
