Reproduction of the title page from Markham, Clements Robert (1830-1916): The Chinchona species of New Grenada : containing the botanical descriptions of the species examined by Drs. Mutis and Karsten ; with some account of those botanists, and of the results of their labours London : G.E. Eyre and W. Spottiswoode, 1867. The title page was possibly reproduced as part of the printed books lent by the Linnean Society, London, and exhibited in Malaria section of the international celebration and exhibition : three hundredth anniversary of the first recognized use of cinchona by Europeans, 1630-1930 hosted by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1930. The publication is listed as exhibit no. 185 in the souvenir catalogue.
