Description
Reproduction of a drawing of the coat of arms of King Charles V of Spain (1500-1558), the Holy Roman Emperor, 1527. The reproduction is possibly from the Arms lent by His Excellency the Ambassador of Spain, and exhibited in Malaria section of the international celebration and exhibition : three hundredth anniversary of the first recognized use of cinchona by Europeans, 1630-1930 hosted by the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum in 1930. There are Arms listed as exhibit no. 1056 in the souvenir catalogue.
