Board Meeting Papers

Note - during this month, both Pell the former Secretary to the Company and Wardley the new Secretary have submitted papers. Duplicates have been removed, however there are some papers in both sets which contain notes and annotations, so these have been retained.

As Wardley is the new Secretary, his papers have been retained as the definitive set, including copies of all the main papers. These are listed first as 'Wardley's papers'. After these are 'Pell's papers', which comprise papers with notes and annotations, as well as two memoranda which were not included in Wardleys' papers.
