"Il n'est que d'avoir la clef des champs" : [Histantin] / Burroughs Wellcome and Co.

One of a series of (at least 3) similar card leaflets sent out to general practitioners in 1965 to advertise Burroughs Wellcome and Company's Histantin (Chlorcyclizine Hydrochloride (Chlorcyclizine Tablets, B.P.). All have a colour cartoon by Eccles on the front, general description of the drug and where it should be used (hay fever, vasomotor rhinitis, allergic dermatoses, food allergies, angioneurotic oedema and other allergic manifestations). Bibliographic references and technical data are on the back. This illustration shows a young man and woman having a picnic in a field while a farmer loads cut grass onto a horse-drawn carriage. The woman is handing a slice of fruit cake to the man who is drinking something from a red cup.
