A magazine style sound recording co-edited by three chief editors; Martinus Woerdeman (Amsterdam), Morris Fishbein (Chicago) and Sir Heneage Ogilvie (London). The recording comprises of a 'Special feature', a report on Ulcerative Colitis from the International Congress of Gastroenterology, Leyden, Netherlands. The moderator was Dr. S. C. Truelove and the participants were Dr. H. E. Bacon, Dr. J. J. Groen, Dr. N. Svartz and Dr. G. Watkinson. The outcome of the symposium was to encourage greater communication between the clinicians and patient. The second feature is 'Person to Person' and focusses on open heart surgery. Interviewees were Dr. Charles G. Rob, Dr. T Holmes interviewed by Dr. E. Clayton-Jones. The next item is 'Everyday Practice Panel Discussion': The Use and Abuse of Psychic Energizers'. This session was moderated by Dr. Nathan S. Kline and panelists were Dr. John S. DeTar, Dr. William Furst, Dr. Parkhurst A. Shore and Dr. L. Floyd Hobbs. Some of this discussion covers the prescribing of these drugs during meopause. The sleeve notes also include a written section with abstracts from International literature.
