Notes
European paper. 17 lines. Written area 15 x 9.5 cm. Black ink with headings and dates in red. Catchwords. Ottoman binding of red leather with flap. Decorated with a rosette at the centre.
There is an inscription in French on fol.1: "MS Turk. Histoire Othoman depuis a Sulthan Soleyman jusque du Sulthan Ibrahym" (probably 18th Century).
Language note
Naskh script with elements of taliq.
