Mortality indicated by tombs of different sizes: for breast-fed babies, 2.6% for well-off and middling, 4.9% for poor. Mortality for bottle-fed babies: 10.3% for well-off, 16.9% for middling and 22.9% for poor. Text emphasizes that mortality among breast-fed babies of poor households is much less than among bottle-fed babies of well-off households
