About this work

Description

Public unease about food additives and preservatives brought about their removal from a wide range of foodstuffs at the very time when many people had become used to shopping only once a week. Consumers who stock up their refrigerators for the week must now take extra care to avoid creating the conditions for salmonella or listeria to occur. The film aims to prevent food poisoning by raising consumer awareness about the correct storage of food and the intelligent use of the domestic refrigerator.
