Certificate issued (in this instance) in June 1916 to No. 354, Private JohnRoncham of the Royal Warwickshire Regiment. It is printed in red and black and shows 2 soldiers presenting arms to Britannia, sword in one hand, Union Jack in the other, a lion in the background. The royal coat of arms is above, pillars to either side.
