Chromolitho advertising card which folds out from the centre to show a young girl with long brown hair and a pale yellow-orange dress with a blue sash drinking from a white cup with Cadbury's on it. The front shows an illustration of the cocoa plant with flowers and seeds and an brown line illustration of the Bourneville grounds on the back.
