Brian Deer reports on the disastrous drug trial of TGN1412 conducted by Parexel International at a private unit in London's Northwick Park hosital in March 2006. In particular we follow the story of Ryan Wilson, the 20-year-old most severely hurt during the trial. The programme provides much information about drug trials from assessing their safety to understanding the financial gains involved for drug companies.
