Numbering note

Issues for 1948-62 (no. 1-49) have whole numbers only, but constitute v. 1-15. No. 50 (Jan. 1963) to no. 95 (April 1974) also have a volume number. This is all explained in somedetail in no. 50. May 1974 onwards has volume, month and year only.
