Advertisement from a 1957 issue of The Practitioner advertising Horlicks malted milk drink as an aid to better sleep. It shows a tired looking woman talking to a doctor, his glasses in his right hand. Marmite and Multipax Chemicals Ltd.'s Aluhyde (for hyperchlorhydria and peptic ulcer) are advertised on the reverse.
