As, by the help of these, our feeling or perception of the five senses, such as the sense of seeing, hearing, smell, taste and touch, is gained, they are thus called superior blood- tubes or veins. In all these veins, there are seven hundred minute or small holes. As the ocean is con- tinually increased and sustained by rivers and streams this body of ours is constantly in the way of growth and development by the help of these lacteal holes.
