About this work
Description
In the first item on the programme, Dr. Raj Persaud examines the role the mind plays in infertility. When there is no discernible physical reason for infertility, has modern medicine failed to look at the mind for an explanation? In the programme we meet couples who have 'miraculously' become pregnant after years of trying unsuccessfully to conceive. We also meet Michael Pawson, a former chairman of the British Society of Psychosomatic Obstetrics who answers viewers questions. The rest of the programme has two features: 'Black Mental Health' and 'Virtual Reality.'
