About this work
Description
Dr. Huang Hongyun at Xishan Hospital, Beijing, claims that injecting cells from aborted foetuses (stem cells) into the brain and spinal cord of patients with spinal injuries and disease, can lead to a miraculous cure. This technique was discovered in the UK but is currently illegal in the West. We follow a young man, Vic, who has amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (motor-neurone disease) as he travels to Beijing to be treated by Hongyun. We also look at research into OAC cells currently being undertaken in the UK.
