About this work

Description

This film is about influenza and consists largely of animated illustrations about how the ifnluenza virus differs from viruses such as the common cold. Graphs show how immunity to one variant of flu virus does not necessarily protect us from new strains. However, vaccination can be helpful, the biggest problem is making the idea of a flu vaccine acceptable to the general public. There is much footage of people being vaccinated. But there is also a new form of vaccination introduced 'Nasoflu', a live vaccine put into the nose in the form of a nasal drop.
