Description

Small poster or leaflet from Ferrara dated 19 December 1682 stating that trade with Turingia (Thüringen) and Assia (Hessen) had been suspended due to the presence of plague in the cities. This had already been done in Venice and Verona. There is a woodcut of what appears to be a priest explaining something to a soldier above the main body of text.
