Description
To the left a cat hides among sheets. On the floor are a book, some phials and other instruments. The brown dog holds a chair protectively to his posterior. Two sick dogs, one bandaged, sit to the right. The doctor pours water into an enema; an enema syringe appears to hang from one of the birdcages, which contains two birds
