About this work

Description

This film features dramatisations of a group of teenagers articulating their concept of love. It starts with an effective pastiche of a black and white silent melodrama from the 1920s. The teenage girls defend their right to read romantic fiction. There is a montage of footage different kinds of love with a rendition of the Beatles' song 'All you need is love'.
