Description
Russell's mixing bowl is inscribed: " Reforming Dose", he says: "This is an universal specific for all rotten constitutions - patronised by royalty - tis a sovereign remedy for corruption & a radical cure for all antinational diseases." The politicians have the names of their constituencies above them: "Old Sarum, Orford, Bramber, Peterfield, Saltaah, Eye, Borobridge, Tamworth, Seaford, Gatton." On the floor are scattered boxes of ingredients many bearing the names of other boroughs
