Description

Enrolment form, printed in red and black on white card for new blood donors to give blood to the North East Thames Regional Blood Transfusion Service, based in Brentwood, Essex. This was part of the National Blood Transfusion Service. The card was issued by the DHSS in December 1983 and inserted in magazines. The illustration shows a nurse holding a pack of blood with tubes leading to a patient on a stretcher carried by an ambulanceman.
