About this work

Also known as

Befriending yourselves

Description

"This zine builds on the first plural selves zine, which introduced the whole idea of plurality, and various playful practices for exploring you selves. This zine considers how you can identify, and befriend, various different selves, or parts. It introduces several plural models, including our one which delineates between cover-ups, carriers, and container selves. We introduce our cover-ups (do-er and figurer), carriers (critic and vulnerable), and containers (holder, witness and present) and give lots of questions, ideas, and prompts for how you might explore similar selves in yourself, if you want to."-- From zinester's website. https://www.rewriting-the-rules.com/zines/
