Description

A magazine insert from February 1905. The front is designed to look like an illuminated manuscript, printed in red and green. "Pear's Soap" in particular is heavily illuminated. On the reverse is a line illustration of a baby reaching out of a tin bath for a cake of soap on the floor. This image was used several times by Pear's in their advertising.
