A display card (either free-standing or to be hung) advertised Virol fortifying tonic for babies. It was supposed to be beneficial in cases of wasting, nervous disorders, influenza, measles and whooping cough. This consists of 2 portraits of a baby. The first looking stern and the second smiling, like a politician at an election hustings. The image was used several times (see also EPH638:1).
