Whereas the master and wardens of the Company of Apothecaries of the city of London have lately received two precepts from the Right honourable the Lord Mayor of the same city : to advertise them that some of the judges have declared their opinions, that all persons under any degree of trust in any company or corporation whatsoever, are comprized within the Act of Parliament, entituled, An Act for preventing dangers which may happen from popish recusants, and obliged to perform what is thereby required.
