Dr. W. Kemp Clark describes the neurosurgeons he met during his training at the Neurosurgical Institute such as Sir Jeffrey Jefferson, Ted Scarff and Byron Stookey. He believes that the greatest advances to date in neurosurgery have been in the use of surgical microscopes and the field of aneurysm surgery.
