An interview with Sir Sandy Mcnamara, in which he talks about the work of the National Heart Foundation. He reminds us that heart disease remains the biggest killer disease, particularly among the less well off, and that the risks can be significantly cut by taking simple precautions, such as cutting out smoking, and eating a healthy diet.
