Shows how fibroblasts from human dermis are isolated by using emzymes and then cultured in nutrient medium. It gives details of how cells can be re-seeded, how they are counted and how they may be cryopreserved for storage in liquid nitrogen for months or years. The programme emphasis the importance of careful aseptic techniques and the use of sterile equipment.
