Description
Diploma of Doctorate in Medicine and Philosophy at Padua University. In Latin. Illuminated title in gold and colours: text within decorated border of the same: initials, names, etc. in the text in gold. On the last (paper) fly-leaf are MS. details of Marinoni and his large family from 1628 to 1660. Inserted three broadsides-slightly defective, in honour of Marinoni: the first dated 1637 from Bergamo, in Latin: the other two from Gandino, one of which is in Italian. The Diploma is signed by Paulus Gualdus [1548-1621], Archipresbyter Patavinus. Produced in Padua.
