Lettering

Intumuit Niobe stimulis lymphata furentis Invidie, nec iam condit sub pectore vulnus. Sed vulgo cunctos festis propulsat ab aris, Se prece, se donis clamans dignam esse Sabeis. F.E. The lettering describes the boastfulness of Niobe: it appears to have been engraved on the wrong plate
